Hi everyone. Hubby loves having something sweet after every meal. Thankfully this is his favourite dessert. It’s so easy to make and the ingredients have a long shelf life. This quick and easy dessert will have you licking the container clean #truestory. If you find it too sweet feel free to adjust the amount of condensed milk.
1 can crushed pineapple (432g)
1 tub sour cream (250ml)
1 tin Nestlé cream (385g)
1 tin condensed milk (385g)
Flake to decorate
Drain the juice from the crushed pineapple. Place all the ingredients except the flake into a mixing bowl. Stir gently till all incorprated.
Place in desired container. Leave in the fridge for a few hours. Crumple flake and decorate.
A fun alternative is to swap the tin of Nestlé cream for fresh cream. Whip the fresh cream till soft peaks forms and fold in the other ingredients then leave it in the fridge to set. Then it has a mousse like texture.
